Old Main Open House
During the spring semester, Lion Ambassadors invite students, faculty, and anyone who loves Penn State to join a tour of Old Main. During the tour, visitors encounter special guides like past presidents who help describe the history of the magnificent building, while Lion Ambassadors explain what the building and offices are used for currently. The tour ends with a visit to the Bell Tower, which is once again reopened and if the weather allows for such, visitors get a breathtaking view of State College and the campus. The purpose of Old Main Open House is to communicate its history and purpose to students and friends.
