Haunted Valley

Welcoming Fall to State College

As chilly, haunting winds blow through Happy Valley, the spookiest season of all is in the air at Penn State. To embrace and welcome the beginning of fall, Lion Ambassadors hosts Haunted Valley at the Hintz Family Alumni Center and University House.

Lantern Tours

A cherished aspect of Haunted Valley is our haunted ghost tours. Step into the shadows as our fearless ambassadors guide you through eerie lantern-lit ghost tours around iconic Penn State landmarks. Hear chilling tales and try to brave the dark without looking over your shoulder! Sharing Penn State history along with some of our most famous lores? A perfect mix of spooky and spirited fun!

Haunted U-House

The University House, attached to the Hintz Family Alumni Center, is the oldest building on Penn State’s campus. Every October, we transform the U-House into a spooky haunted experience. We promise it won’t be too scary, but we can’t control all the ghosts that live inside!

Classic Autumn Activities

Get into the fall spirit with a variety of fun fall food and activities, including:

  • Pumpkin painting
